One day. Hundreds of local nonprofits. Thousands of opportunities to make a difference.
Mohawk Valley Gives returns on Thursday, September 18, bringing the community together for the fifth annual day of giving in support of nonprofit organizations serving Herkimer, Oneida, and surrounding counties. Hosted by the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties and the UpMobility Foundation, the event has become one of the region’s most inspiring annual traditions.
Last year, donors contributed more than $6.5 million to hundreds of local nonprofits, helping organizations continue their work in areas ranging from health care and education to the arts, animal welfare, veterans services, youth programs, and more.
Early giving opens Monday, September 14, making it easy to plan your support before the big day. Whether you choose one favorite organization or several, every donation stays local and helps strengthen the Mohawk Valley.
Participating nonprofits also have the chance to earn bonus prizes and incentives throughout the campaign, making every gift go even further.
Presented by Staffworks, M&T Bank, and Utica National Insurance Group, Mohawk Valley Gives is a reminder that when our community comes together, the impact reaches far beyond a single day.
