Strong businesses and organizations start with strong leadership, and Mohawk Valley Community College is once again helping professionals across the Mohawk Valley sharpen the skills needed to lead, grow, and make an impact.
Applications are now open for MVCC’s upcoming Leadership Academy and Supervisors Institute, two professional development programs designed for emerging leaders, managers, and professionals looking to strengthen communication, team-building, and organizational leadership skills.
The Leadership Academy focuses on helping participants better understand their personal leadership style while learning how to inspire change and positively influence workplace culture. The Supervisors Institute is geared toward professionals managing teams and offers practical tools to help employees thrive while building stronger, more effective workplaces.
Both programs are currently accepting applications through August 31.
