Expect seasonal produce, eggs, flowers, baked goods, honey and other locally made finds, often sold just steps from where they were grown or made.

More than a traditional produce stand, Clark Mills Farm Stand brings together an ever-changing mix of home-produced and handmade goods. Stop for fresh free-range eggs, spring seedlings and houseplants, then browse seasonal crafts and décor, apparel, jewelry, home goods, novelties and toys. There’s even a free library.
The stand is also the creator of the CNY Farmstands Facebook group, helping connect shoppers with farm stands throughout Central New York.

At Kuhl Family Farm, you’ll find baked goods alongside seasonal produce grown without chemicals, garlic and raw honey. One of the stand’s specialties is potato flake sourdough bread, made with locally sourced organic wheat berries freshly milled in-house.

The selection at Hughes Farms changes with the seasons, which is part of the fun of stopping by. Depending on the time of year, you might find farm-grown vegetables and fruits, sweet corn, berries, peaches, melons, pumpkins and winter squash.
The stand also carries flowers, bedding plants, hanging baskets, herbs, free-range eggs, local raw honey, maple syrup, jams and jellies, jarred goods, sweet cream butter, Collins Creamery products and more. Fall brings pumpkins, gourds, hay bales and cornstalks, along with plenty of reasons for a return trip.

SHILOH HOMESTEAD FARMSTAND

This small hobby farm has an especially sweet story behind its roadside stand. Shiloh Homestead Farmstand is a homeschool project for the family’s daughters, giving them a hands-on way to learn while sharing what the farm produces.
Look for organic sourdough bread and baked goodies, farm-fresh free-range eggs, honey and seasonal fruits and vegetables.

For more than 50 years, sweet corn has been a summer tradition at Pick Farm. The family has been growing and selling it since 1970, with corn picked fresh daily and sold right in front of their dairy farm.
Find sweet corn at the farm stand at 7108 W. South St., or head a little farther up the road to the larger tent at 6991 W. South St. for more corn and a changing selection of fresh-picked produce, including tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, eggplant, cantaloupe and cucumbers.
Both locations are self-serve, making it easy to stop whenever you’re passing through.

WOODSHILL HOMESTEAD

Woodshill Homestead is a colorful stop for flowers and seasonal farm favorites. Right now, visitors can cut their own blooms from a mix that includes zinnias, cosmos, sunflowers, snapdragons, celosia, bachelor buttons and yarrow.
The stand is also offering garlic, with pumpkins joining the lineup this fall.

LITTLE FAMILY FARM STAND

Little Family Farm Stand makes it easy to stop for locally grown produce and seasonal favorites whenever you’re passing by. Along with fresh produce, the self-serve stand offers a selection of shelf-stable goods from area producers, including local honey, maple syrup, salsa, jams and pickled items.
Come fall, look for pumpkins joining the mix, too.
