Before Summer Slips Away… 5 August Must-Do’s

MUST – Raise a Glass for Rescue

If your perfect summer afternoon includes dogs, local vendors, good food, and a glass of wine, this one belongs on your calendar. Safe at Last Animal Rescue’s 4th Annual Dog Days of Summer returns to Middleburgh Winery with rescue organizations, shopping, raffles, food, and wine slushies, all benefiting animals looking for their forever homes. Well behaved, leashed dogs are encouraged to join the fun.

MUST – Grab Dinner at What The Truck

Nothing says summer in the Mohawk Valley quite like dinner from a food truck on a warm evening. For more than a decade, What The Truck has been bringing neighbors together over great food, live music, and family-friendly fun. This year, the popular series has expanded to three locations, making it even easier to grab a bite and enjoy one of the region’s favorite summer traditions.
