Your opinion matters. As part of our upcoming October 2026 Top Doctors feature, we’re inviting readers to recognize the physicians they trust most in the Mohawk Valley.

Whether it’s for exceptional care, compassion, expertise, or the way a doctor makes you feel heard, we want to know who stands out to you.

This survey gives our community the opportunity to highlight outstanding physicians and providers across a variety of specialties. You may enter a doctor’s name in any category that applies to your experience.

You are welcome to answer as many specialties as you wish. If you do not have a doctor in a particular specialty, simply skip that section.

At the end of the survey, there will also be an open field where you can recognize other medical providers who have made a meaningful difference in your care.
